In this episode Tah goes into the first part of The Condor Approach...our 4-part integration coaching framework:
"INtake"
INtake is a personal inventory that builds awareness. Awareness of the person having a transformational experience and the awareness of the person / people supporting that person.
The importance of doing this kind of work on the front end is extremely valuable.
We train all our coaches to use an integrated INtake process including a comprehensive INtake form and an INtake conversation. This way, the information that comes up is known by both sides of the interaction. By the coach and the person being coached.
Our process is not only beneficial, it is a crucial part of integrating ANY transformational experience.
As Tah mentions in the episode, here is a sample of what our INtake form for 1 on 1 clients is like. DISCLAIMER: This form may bring up emotions.
